THE STORY BEHIND OUR NAME

Each of us is born with a powerful, unique inner spark—that essence of who we really are at our core. Our spark is longing to shine in the world but often it gets buried beneath many layers of stress, responsibilities, "shoulds," anxiety, guilt, anger and other powerful emotions or distracting activities.
