Knowing these numbers gives men and women a sense of control. It brings reality to the situation and enables knowledge to lead your actions, not blind faith and guessing. Stop trying on the fad diets, the hopeful wishing along with the guessing games that come along with diet trends. Going forward, use the numbers to guide you to your goals and you'll succeed!
