(breathing) techniques to enhance metabolism...learning some meditation
basics and more pranayama techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, helping
you "lighten up" from head to toe...learning to replace ineffective "New Year's

Core Conditioning with Yoga

Sunday  from 1 to 4pm (Kate)
In this 3 hour workshop, you will be finding out about asana and
pranayama, and maybe a surprise...finding out that yoga has a hard
edge and core conditioning has a soft edge...that's where yoga core
conditioning comes into existence!!! And the beauty of core conditioning
with yoga is MUCH more than skin deep…your  inner calm, your focus
and your health in general will all benefit. $42 including GST

Acu-Yoga Workshop

Friday  from 7 to 9pm (Kate)
In this 2 hour workshop, try out Acu-Yoga!!!  It is a hybrid practice combining
traditional yoga and acupressure. Both systems work to relax muscular
tension and balance the vital life forces of the body and together they are
incredible!!! Whether you call this vital energy "prana" as in yoga, "chi" as in
Chinese Medicine or "ki" as in Japanese traditions, Acu-Yoga allows you to
tap into that energy. Come try it out!!! $30 including GST

Meditation Workshop

Friday  from 7 to 9pm (Kate)
In this 2 hour workshop you will learn some simple techniques and tools for
meditation, as well as exploring the many benefits of simply taking some
time to discover YOU!!! Learn how to focus and de-stress. Enjoy guided
meditations and breathing for relaxation. Meditation and mindfulness can
help overcome that commonplace  buzzing in your brain from multi-tasking
and replace it with time, space, and calm. $30 including GST
